On April 3–4, 2026, a major international forum dedicated to the 110th anniversary of Perm State Medical University was held in the city of Perm, Russian Federation. The forum brought together more than 1,000 leading experts and young researchers from Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and other countries.

  Within the framework of the forum, significant scientific and practical events in the field of dentistry were also organized, including the international congress titled “Conservative and Preventive Dentistry Platform for the Health of the Nation” and the VI International Conference “Oncological Awareness in Dentistry: Interdisciplinary Dialogue.”

  The event was attended by the Rector of Samarkand State Medical University, Professor Jasur Rizayev, as well as the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Doctor of Medical Sciences Aziz Kubayev.

  During the congress, key issues were discussed, including early detection (screening) of oncological diseases of the oral cavity, the use of artificial intelligence technologies in diagnostics, and the implementation of minimally invasive treatment methods into clinical practice.

  Additionally, the VI International Conference “Oncological Awareness in Dentistry” was organized within the framework of the World Oral Cancer Awareness Month and contributed to enhancing oncological vigilance among specialists in the field.
