In our country, large-scale reforms are being consistently implemented to support socially vulnerable groups, strengthen their health, and ensure access to high-quality medical services.
On April 9, 2026, leading specialists from Samarkand State Medical University, in cooperation with the Samarkand District Medical Association, conducted a comprehensive medical examination at a specialized vocational technical school for persons with disabilities in the Samarkand district.
During the event, a total of 207 students and 39 teaching staff members of the institution underwent in-depth medical examinations. Qualified physicians thoroughly assessed their health conditions, provided necessary recommendations, and issued referrals for appropriate treatment measures based on identified conditions.
This initiative plays a significant role in protecting public health, particularly for persons with disabilities, improving their quality of life, and supporting their full participation in society.
